A Veterans Law Judge will review all of the available evidence and write a decision. For each issue you’re appealing, they can decide to:
I don't know what is being appealed. My appeal was awarded a month ago and that's the only appeal I have. My appeal was remanded to the director of compensation and after they got done with it my appeal was awarded. So why would it being going to BVA judge now? I also have a dependency claim for my son in college and travel back pay reimbursement.
