HOW LONG TAKES THE VES VETERANS EVALUATION SERVICES TO SEND COMPLETED EXAM TO RO ??

Rate this question

Ray AO

Question

I was wondering how long it takes VES Veterans Evaluation Services to finally process my mental exam and send it to regional office? I had my examination on May 14, 2019. I called the regional office and they tell me that they have not received my examination yet. They currently take more time processing than VA ..

Does anyone know from experience how long it can take?

Finally  my claim was completed on September 5th 2019 almost 4 months after I came with the question. It’s been a long time not easy at all. After all it was worth waiting for so long!  I get my 100% P&T for PTSD a single condition ‘not TDIU ‘ also have other conditions knees rated  L10 and  R20%  TMJ 20%  and APNEA at 50% also on ebenefits says they still working with the SMC’ s special monthly compensation it still on Waiting for Approval  but dont know if I qualify for SMC’s  having one single condition at 100% and the others in combination more than 60%! Dont know let’s see if I qualify however I’m very happy for what I get! Thanks all for your answers’

It will take exactly as long as VA wants.  No more, no less.  The VA has a revolving shedule, where it can take anywhere from a week to never arrive at all.

The VA is not a unified body, so however long it took for another Vet in another state probably wont apply to you.

MH Contentions  )PTSD)take a little longer  vs a claim that is not for MH.

MY PTSD  C&P (QTC)Took a few weeks longer than my other claims did.

I  Would  say a lot of the timing depends on when the examiner sends in his/her report  to the VA?    some times these examiner will take their damn time.

And just my opinion raters will have another senior rater take a look at the MH Claim  for any possible corrections  ect,,,ect,,  this will delay the claim.

Another thing too, is if your RO is booked up (sort of speak ) they farm your claim off to a RO that is not as booked up...my PTSD Claim went from Texas to Salt lake City Utah and Back to Texas.

or they use to  this was years ago for me  it maybe different now?
