I filed a PTSD claim back in August of ’18…In January they told me they were waiting for my full time service treatment records & my reserve records. Now it says “STR request closed signature no longer needed…Request 2 no longer needed. Can anyone tell me what that means? When I called they said they were still waiting for my reserve records.
